Personalized plan created. 60 min $125 Follow-Up Session Review progress, adjust plan, and provide accountability and support. 60 min $75 Starter Package Initial consultation + 2 follow-ups. 3 sessions $275 Quarterly Wellness Package 1 initial session + 3 follow-ups per month. 4 sessions $350 Transformation Package 3-month program with comprehensive lifestyle coaching, weekly check-ins, and progress tracking. 12 sessions $900 Legal Disclaimer for NP Wellness Services Health coaching services are for education and lifestyle support only.
